ENVIRONMENTAL INVESTIGATIONS AGAINST ECOLOGICAL DAMAGE
A complete analysis on territorial situations, where there is controversy between two distinct areas (company owned or not), regarding the protection of the territory and the general environment. A classical example is that of a company, a client of ours, in the past accused of polluting the waters of a torrent not far from their property. The accusation came from a municipal administration that we discovered had joined forces with the other company and was found responsible for the damage. The company under our protection, thanks to our investigation, was completely acquitted of all charges and obtained a conspicuous compensation for the loss of income during the time the company was closed as a consequence of the municipal denunciation. |
